Jørgensens Hotel is a name filled with cherished memories and a history spanning several centuries. Nothing was left to chance in the renovation of the beautiful old hotel. Every choice was made based on expert knowledge and careful studies of how the building appeared when it was first constructed in 1744 – both inside and out.

The ceilings of the mansion, in particular, required great time, skill and craftsmanship to restore and recreate as they once were. Stepping inside the hotel and moving through its rooms is a truly special experience, with each room telling its own unique story. If these walls could speak, their stories would never end.
