Organic Restaurant in Horsens

On March 4, 2022, Jørgensens Hotel and Restaurant Eydes were awarded the Bronze Organic Cuisine Label at the Organic Denmark Association's general assembly. Then-Minister for Agriculture, Food, and Fisheries, Rasmus Prehn, presented the award in recognition of the hotel’s strong commitment to organic practices.

For years, the hotel has integrated a healthy food culture in its restaurant and wine bar, supporting sustainability, improved animal welfare, environmental care, and a farm-to-table philosophy that embodies their green profile.
