THE QUEEN OF PINOT

Merry Edwards Winery Tasting.


At this event you can taste the different Pinot Noir and her only white wine: Sauvignon Blanc. Merry Edwards was one of the first female winemakers in California. She started her adventure in 1974 in the Santa Cruz Mountains. Since then, she has worked as a consultant for several wineries in both Oregon and California, as well as studying the Pinot Noir grape through her work.


In 1997, Merry Edwards started her own winery in collaboration with family and friends. Today Merry Edwards works with her husband and has several vineyards, with optimal conditions for Pinot Noir, including Coopersmith, Cresta d'Oro, Flax, Georganne and Meredith.
