· Warm fried herring with soft onions and capers
· Marinated herring with curry salad and pickled red onions

· Hand-peeled prawns with soft boild eggs, lemon and home-made mayo
· Crispy plaice fillet with remoulade and lemon
· Chicken salad with crispy bacon from Bjerre

· Two Danish cheeses with sweet, salty and crispy
· Vanilla panna cotta with cherries and crispy

Mustard emulsion, pickled beetroot, quail eggs and dill.
Chest of gray duck
Confited white cabbage, browned potatoes and sour apple sauce.

Roasted almonds and cherry sorbet.

· Roast rib from happy Svendborg pigs served with home-pickled cucumbers and red cabbage
· Glazed country ham with kale and browned potatoes
· Freshly baked chicken and asparagus mini tarts and crispy chicken skin

· Two Danish cheeses with sweet, salty and crispy
· Bûche de noël – French Christmas dessert
